Services

Yes, we offer a full rug repair service. The turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. Rug repairs are priced on an individual basis.

Yes we recommend having your rugs washed and repaired (if they need it) at the same time. We have reusable laundry bags available to easily transport and store your rugs during the process and industrial washing machines that will have your rugs looking clean and smelling a whole lot better. The turnaround time can take 1-2 weeks (weather dependent!)

Yes we have two accredited Saddle Fitters that service the Hills and Hawkesbury areas as well as Centennial Park and Terry Hills. All other areas would be by request.

Saddles

No, unfortunately we only deal with new saddles. We would suggest trying your local equestrian club or facebook group to buy or sell second hand saddles.

There are lots of factors to consider in achieving the right fit for you and your horse. The process begins in the store where we help you narrow down your saddle choices based on your horse (breed, size, formation), the rider (size, leg length), your discipline and your budget!

The next step is to organise a fit where one of our accredited fitters will bring the saddle of your choice to fit to the horse. You are able to sit in the saddle on your horse and determine if this is the right saddle for you. Our saddle fit pricing starts at $99 depending on your requirements and location. Additional saddles will incur further charges.

We currently stock Adam Ellis, Arena, Black Country, Fairfax, Kent & Masters, Pessoa, PDS, Prestige, Thorowgood, Trainers. We offer Bates and Wintec saddles by order.

Please choose carefully as we’re unable to accept gullets for exchange or refund.

Shipping

We deliver all across Australia. If you are based outside of Australia, get in touch with us so that we can provide you with a shipping quote and arrange payment via Paypal or direct deposit.

Where possible we use Express Post satchels. If your order is large, heavy or bulky we will send via Star Track Express. If you’re located in Sydney metro we also use overnight courier, Go Logistics.

We work hard to send your order within 1-2 business days. The next part is up to our shipping partners!

We do keep all of our products available to purchase online. Most often, if you choose an item that's not in stock, we can quickly get a hold of what you need and still have it to you within days, but if this doesn't suit you we will gladly refund.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to exchange, simply return your items to the address below within 21 days with a little note including your name and the exchange you would like. Once we receive them we will organise the right size for you and advise if there are any additional shipping charges.

Yes we are happy to offer a full refund, please return your goods to the address below within 21 days and include your details and request. Please make sure they are in the original, packaged and unused condition. Sorry we are unable to offer a return or refund for sale items or postage charges.

In relation to new saddle purchases, if the saddle you choose is not the right fit for you or your horse, we can work with you to organise collection, exchange or refund subject to a $100 restocking fee.

General

We have a huge range of over 20,000 products in store, while we don’t have our website showing our live stock levels, we have shipments delivered daily. If your product is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours, with the expected delivery timeframe (most often only days away) or an alternative option and if this doesn’t suit you, we will gladly refund.
